Dr. Selcuk Demir was born in 1966 in Erzurum. He graduated from Eskishehir Anadolu University with bachelor’s degree in 1989. In 2008 he graduated from Istanbul Commercial University with a maj... or in International Banking and Finance as a master’s degree and in 2015 he got his PHD degree with a major in Economics from Istanbul University. He started his professional career in 1989 as assistant specialist at “Turk Denizchilik Bank”. He worked as Assistant Manager at Türkiye Emlak Bankası between 1992-2001. He joined Ziraat Bank in 2001 as a Branch Manager in Sinanoba. Between 2003 and April, 2021, he worked as Cağaloğlu, Beyazıt, Beşiktaş, Taksim İstanbul, İstanbul İkitelli, İstanbul Levent, Branch Manager, Individual Sales Department Manager, İstanbul Anatolian Regional Coordinator, Ankara Regional Coordinator, İstanbul Regional Manager. Currently Dr. Selcuk Demir holds the position of CEO in Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan.

Rovshan Ibrahimov was born in 1983 in Sumgait. He graduated from Azerbaijan International University with major in Legal Regulation of Economics in 2004. He got his Master degree in Finance in 2010 ... from Azerbaijan State University of Economics. He started his career in 2006 as a Credit Specialist at Demirbank OJSC. In the following years, he continued to work in the same bank as a Senior Credit Specialist, Branch Manager, Head of Unit and Deputy Director of the Credit Analysis Department. He worked as a Director of Credit Allocation and Monitoring Department at Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan OJSC between 2015-2019. And since 2019, he has been working as the Director of the Operations Department at Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan OJSC. On June 18, 2020, he has been appointed as a Member of the Executive Board of the Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan.

Seymur Aliyev

Seymur Aliyev was born in 1983 in Gedebey region. In 2004 he graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, Faculty of Economics of Production and Services, and in 2006 with a Master's d... egree from the same faculty with honors. He started his professional career in February 2008 as a specialist in the Microcredit Department of Rabitabank OJSC. From August 2008 to April 2016 he worked in the Credit Institutions Supervision Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in 2016 he started working as a leading inspector in the Supervision Department of the Chamber of Control over Financial Markets of the Republic of Azerbaijan and in a few years was able to move up to manager. In April 2020 he joined ZiraatBank Azerbaijan OJSC and was able to lead the Risk Management Department. On May 18, 2021 he has been appointed as a Member of the Executive Board of the Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan.

Ekrem Furat was born in 1982 in Hatay. In 2006, he earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from Karadeniz Technical University. He began his banking career in 2007 as the Head of the Training Depart... ment at Ziraat Bank. From 2008 to 2010, he served as a junior specialist in the Credit Analysis department. Between 2011 and 2015, he worked as a specialist in the same department. Until July 2015, he held the position of manager at the Credit Analysis department. Subsequently, he served as a branch manager at the Gebze Kocaeli Entrepreneur branch from 2015 to 2018, and as a branch manager at the Levent Istanbul Entrepreneur branch from 2018 to 2020. In 2023, he worked as a branch manager and director at the Yenikapı Istanbul branch and as a director at the Merter Istanbul branch. On February 23, 2024, he was appointed as a Member of the Executive Board at Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan.
