1. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board - Himmet Aksoy
He was born in 1975 in Konya, Turkey. He completed his bachelor's education at the Faculty of Business Administration of Anadolu University, and his master's degree at the Faculty of Economics of Selcuk University. Aksoy, who started his banking career as a Computer Operator at Ziraat Bank in 1999 and later served in various positions as assistant manager, manager and director, served as Head of Human Resources Department between July 2017 and December 2019, and Head of Career Management Department between December 2019 and September 2023. He has been serving as the head of the Internal Operations block since September 11, 2023.
Himmet Aksoy is currently a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan OJSC.
2. The member of the Supervisory Board - Korcan Shahin
Mr. Korcan Shahin graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics. In 2010, he completed his master's degree at Gazi University, Institute of Educational Sciences, Department of Banking. He started his professional career at Ziraat Bank in 1999 as a Computer Operator in the IT Department. He worked as Assistant Director, Director, Branch Manager and Department Manager in various units of Ziraat Bank. He has been working as the Head of Retail Loans Allocation and Management - 4 Departments since September 2022.
Mr. Korcan Shahin is also a Board Member of Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan OJSC.
3. The member of the Supervisory Board - Sedat Yilmaz
Mr. Sedat Yilmaz graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of International Relations. He started his career at Ziraat Bank Education Department-Banking School. Since 2006 he worked as Assistant Specialist, Specialist, Director, Manager, Branch Manager in various branches, commercial branches and regional management units of Ziraat Bank. He has been working as the Head of the Branch Operations Department since September 2022.
Mr. Sedat Yilmaz is also a Board Member of Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan OJSC.
