1. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board - Huseyin Ozuysal
He was born in 1973 in Konya, Turkey. After completing his undergraduate education at Anadolu University Faculty of Economics, he completed his master's degree education in the Faculty of Business Administration of Selcuk University. He started his banking career in 1994 as a Computer Operator at Ziraat Bank. Furthermore, Ozuysal served as the Head of Department of Construction and Real Estate Management, Head of Department of Provision and Costs Management, Head of Department of Provision, Costs and Logistics Management, Head of Department of IT Operation, General Manager of Agricultural Business Management and Real Estate Development A.Ş., Head of Interior Operations Group between August 2020 and July 2022, Head of Human Resources Group between July 2022 and September 2023. Ozuysal has been working as Executive Vice President for Human Resources since September 2023.
Huseyin Ozuysal is currently a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan OJSC.
2. The member of the Supervisory Board - Korcan Shahin
Mr. Korcan Shahin graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics. In 2010, he completed his master's degree at Gazi University, Institute of Educational Sciences, Department of Banking. He started his professional career at Ziraat Bank in 1999 as a Computer Operator in the IT Department. He worked as Assistant Director, Director, Branch Manager and Department Manager in various units of Ziraat Bank. He has been working as the Head of Retail Loans Allocation and Management - 4 Departments since September 2022.
Mr. Korcan Shahin is also a Board Member of Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan OJSC.
3. The member of the Supervisory Board - Ugur Can Aygın
Mr. Ugur Can Aygın graduated from Akdeniz University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics. He started his professional career at Ziraat Bank in 2008 as a Deputy Internal Controller in the Internal Control and Risk Management Group Presidency. He worked as an officer and manager at Ziraat Bank, as Head of Internal Control and Compliance Department and Head of Risk Management Department. He has been working as the Head of the Risk Management Department since July 2022.
Mr. Ugur Can Aygın is also a Board Member of Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan OJSC.
