“Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan” OJSC, which has recently joined the National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, from the very beginning of its activity aims at the increase of local production, leading to creation of new jobs, support of the real sector of economy, financing of small and medium entrepreneurship, as well as the activity of large manufacturers. As a member of the Fund, the Bank will contribute to boosting of employment, development of entrepreneurship, especially small entrepreneurship, and increase of the population’s business activity by setting a goal to finance the non-oil sector, including the agrarian sector, through the provision of financial support. Moreover, financing of business projects in the industrial sphere is also one of the main activities of “Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan” OJSC in Azerbaijan.
It should be noted, that “Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan” Open Joint Stock Company commenced its activity based on the license No 255 issued on December 30, 2014 by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Within this period of time, the bank managed to establish two branches, strong human resources and IT team, build the Head Office building, as well as to expand its activity, and now serves more than 10.000 customers.
